Our History

BEI Board Advisors was developed years ago to help support industry experts. Building Enterprises, our associated organization, has worked with hundreds of industrial companies ranging throughout the energy, manufacturing, and commercial worlds. Through hundreds of client engagements, we have found that most organizations are not experts in growth strategies. Most are experts with their product or service and are in business because of several client engagements that put them at the forefront of their peers. We have found that most do not know their target market, do not have a compelling value proposition, or do not have a strategy to get to their goals. The BEI Board Advisors includes industry experts that help our clients determine the right direction.

Mark Elliot

Mark Elliott has 30+ years of oil and gas expertise for many S&P 500 companies; during this time, Mark helped acquire and integrate twelve (12) companies, doubling the revenues of many of them in a 2-year fiscal period. Mr. Elliott has operated a number of new starts and spent 3 years advising various private equity companies as a subject-matter expert in the midstream space.

Janice Fox

Janice Fox, an expert at sales management and implementation of sales programs, has been leading account management teams at Building Enterprises for over 20 years. She excels at educating our clients on implementation and performance maximization.

Buddy Rhodes currently is CEO of Building Enterprises, which provides business development programs for its clientele. He coaches clients on a variety of sales and business enhancement services, from setting up selling systems to individual one-on-one sessions.
